FOG to Biodiesel Project

The San Francisco Public Utilities Commission (SFPUC) will research Fats Oils and Grease (FOG)-to-biodiesel technologies, quantify air pollution emission reductions associated with the demonstration project technology, conduct a socioeconomic analysis of the demonstration project technology, communicate the project to other wastewater agencies and identify priority public owned treatment works (POTWs) for implementation, and develop a business model that identified the revenues and costs associated with this technology.
